CA AND NY RESIDENTS: SALE OF AUTOGRAPHED SPORTS MEMORABILIA: AS REQUIRED BY CALIFORNIA AND NEW YORK LAW, A DEALER WHO SELLS TO A CONSUMER ANY SPORTS MEMORABILIA DESCRIBED AS BEING PERSONALLY AUTOGRAPHED MUST PROVIDE A WRITTEN CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY AT THE TIME OF SALE. THIS DEALER MAY BE SURETY BONDED OR OTHERWISE INSURED TO ENSURE THE AUTHENTICITY OF ANY COLLECTIBLE SOLD BY THIS DEALER.
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WARRANTIES CONCERNING AUTOGRAPHED SPORTS MEMORABILIA AS REQUIRED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ADDITIONAL WARRANTY, PROMISE OR REPRESENTATION.

NOTICE REGARDING DAMAGED PRODUCTS. All products leave Collectors Limited warehouse in good and saleable condition. If you receive product that is damaged, you must notify Collectors Limited within seven (7) days of receipt, by emailing customersupport@collectorslimited.com or calling1-888-277-8394. We will ask you to cooperate with our investigation, including providing proof of damage, as well as photographs of the damaged product(s). If Collectors Limited confirms that the product(s) were damaged in transit due to no fault of the seller or buyer, Collectors Limited will offer to either replace the product at Collector’s Limited’s cost, or to provide you with a store credit if an exact replacement is not available.
