Kawasaki Motorcycle Service Embossed Metal Sign
Why buy this Embossed Kawasaki Motorcycle Service Metal Sign?
Let this Kawasaki Motorcycle Service sign take you back to the 1970's and 1980's. Perfect for automotive enthusiasts, the sign is the type that the company gave to dealers, garages, and other retailers free of charge to advertise the company's products and services. This aluminum sign was made by Scioto Sign Co. in Kenton, Ohio. The sign is 24" x 18" and weighs about a pound. Most signs of this type were used heavily and, as a result, were often damaged. This one, though, survived in excellent condition.
The 1970's and 1980's were trying and exciting times in the United States. The country was torn apart by the Vietnam, War, and stagflation hit people hard. In the 1980's, though, the United States economy experienced a boom. The Iran Hostage Crisis came to a close, and the United States won the famous Miracle on Ice, giving the country a much needed morale boost. By the end of the decade, that confidence led to innovation like the world had never seen before, and the country won the Cold War with the fall of the Berlin Wall.
