This sign was made in 1965 by Stout Sign Co., St. Louis, MO. The sign was designed to be lit from behind and is made of transparent plastic. This piece would have been placed in a local mom-and-pop-shop, movie theater concessions area or bowling alley. The sign depicts the colorful Sixties Dr. Pepper cup filled with icy Dr. Pepper shown near a lovely, buttery bucket of popcorn. The sign is 14 inches tall and weighs about six ounces. When properly lit, this sign will take you back and make you want a Dr. Pepper and some popcorn.
