1939 Coca-Cola® Fountain Double-Sided Porcelain Dispenser Sign

Double-sided and made of porcelain (DSP), this Fountain Dispenser Sign was created by the Tennessee Enamel Manufacturing Co. in Nashville, Tennessee. With the simple words “Drink Coca-Cola®,” it shows you that the location hanging this outside their door has a genuine Coca-Cola fountain ready to quench your thirst. As a double-sided sign, this would have hung from a bracket so that it could be seen by passers-by going in either direction. It’s also so scarce that you won’t find it in the “Bible” of Coca-Cola products used by collectors! And even if you could find one, it would likely be in far worse shape. This piece continues to retain its beautiful colors, and even has the two hangers at the top. While we’re on that subject—it’s a cardinal sin among collectors to hang these double-sided signs flat against the wall.
